I'm not too worried about Christmas next week. We're spending the couple of days with friends and there willl be lots of good foods and all but I plan to have lots of good nibblies around too and I'm not even going to worry about Christmas lunch and plan to stuff myself silly.
Thankfully, I haven't gained anything over christmas, although the amount of food I had that I shouldn't have had are crazy. But I'm down to 96kgs, so 2.8 kgs down in total. 2kgs to go in 3 days I won't make it but I'm happy I've lost more than half of what I said I would like to
SW: 103.6 kg (started 8/11/10) G1: 98 kg (achieved 13/12/10) G2: 93.6 kg GW: 75 kg (will reassess once I reach it)
I'm hovering around 67-68 kilos, I'm on anywhere from 1200 - 1600 calories a day on average and exercise most days. Just keep pushing right? I'm trying not to focus on the n umber but how I feel. I know I'm eating great food, so that makes me feel a lot better.
Goal for 2016: Current weight: 94 kilos Starting weight: 102.5 kilos Goal #1: 92 kilos
I managed my revised target for December, exceeding it by 0.75kg
My original target of 136kg was too easy, I reset it to 132kg and that was overly ambitious, so I changed targets midstream and split the difference to 134kg. A bit of chopping and changing, but it worked out ok.
I will be trying to err on the conservative side in the future.
End of March - 119kg - 118.7 - made it! End of April - 115kg End of May - 111kg End of June - 107kg End of July - 103kg End of August - 99kg End of September - 95kg End of October - 91kg End of year - 81kg TARGET WEIGHT - Optimistic
I dropped 2 kilos down to 75kgs, which was halfway to my goal of 73kgs.
A little disappointed that i didnt manage to get down further - even another kilo would have abeen great. That said, I did lose a litte focus and i guess at my weight a kilo or so a week isnt too realistic. to maintain over a month
Congratulations to everyone
HW: 84kgs (2011) got down to 67kgs (2012) SW: 74kgs - (2013) post baby! CW: 68kgs (Updated 6 May 2014) GW: 62-64kgs (size 10)
Well my December challenge was an epic failure I picked up half a kilo and is back again at 70 kg. I hate being back in the 70's. . . . O well, no use wallowing in the mud, hopefully January will be a better month for me. To be honest, I lost my focus in December and just got too festive. I am feeling quite determined to get back on track right NOW!!
