My weight loss goals for 2011 are :
To lose about 7 kilos once and for all and keep them off. I would like to be 63 kilos.
To comfortably fit into my size 10 clothes.
Do regular 10 kilo races and a few trail runs as well
Start weight lifting again and get toned,
and finally, to kick my sugar addiction
I am going to have a very busy year!
