Down 0.7 kg. I'm going to have to pick up the pace to reach my goal weight. More exercise for me.

goal for end of january was to get to 99.9kg, but i dont think it will happen considering i gained 2.6kg since 1st january while i was away and have not dropped anything since, so it would be a lose of 6.7kg.

Good to see some losses. I have a loss of 1.2kg so looking good for my goal this month.
For anyone struggling at the moment, I had the same problem for a long time. As we are all different it may take time for each individual to discover what works for them. Keep at it. As long as you dont quit you can make it in the long run.

I think i need to somehow convince my brain that when i lose weight a reward is going for a run.... that would be awesome. Rather than watching the cricket. Oh how to trick the mind to believe these things....

^^ As there is no edit button... i guess i should clarify that i just realised today that i will only get 4 days of cardio in before my sunday morning weigh in as i watched the cricket one night and didn't exercise (when i should have).... :(

So only 4 x cardio days (saturday am playing squash), and 3 x weights days... hm... and so far haven't lost a single gram of weight this week. Haven't eaten ANYTHING bad. Am going out for dinner on saturday night as it is my birthday... so a little worried.... will avoid all carbs if possible. I think rib eye steak could be OK as a once off birthday treat.

Yogi can I syuggest you work out some exercise you can do during the cricket? Then you can purse you sport and get fit. Brendan congrats on your surpassing your goal.
