Ten weeks this Friday is Good Friday (Apr 22nd) and I am challenging myself to be in the seventies by this day.. have started a new challenge thread to motivate me to achieve my aim..
This morning I weighed in at 86.9 Kgs
, my lowest weight for 30 months and although I'm not expecting too much more of an imminent drop the next few days I've basically got ten weeks to crack it..
Gonna be a toughie, no question - last time I got that low I was exercising pretty religiously and strenuously whereas this time I'm taking a more realistic lifestyle approach, ie I know I'm a lazy sod in the long term and won't keep up all the exercise..
So just to recap, want to lose 7 Kgs exactly between now and Apr 22nd..

Aim : 79.9 Kgs (22 Apr)
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul
