total loss 5.4kg

goal 100kg,not going to get there I fear but still happy with loss so far.. :)

Week 6: 79.5kg - I know, my fault!!!
Week 7: 79.6kg - starting weight with hubby on TF.
Week 8: 78kg
Week 9: 77.5kg
Week 10: 76.8 - weekly loss of 700g

TOTAL LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 4.6kg
