Hi I know staring this one a bit late but better late than never I guess!!! Starting weight is 85.4kilos Would like to be down to 80 kilos by the end of the month. Am aiming at walking 10,000 steps a day. Went out today to get a padometer so I can keep track of what I am achievng. Am going to start my eating plan tomorrow so tonight will be alittle naughty and eat a choc eclair!!! See you all next week for my weigh in. Good luck everyone with your goals this month
I think I need to join the challenge too. I might be just close to 2 weeks late to join March challenge but my goal for March is to get back down to atleast 90kg and to exercise 5 days a week oh and eat well over the weekends which has always been a challenge for me.
Carley you are doing really really great dear keep up the good work. One of the reason I came back here was people like you that are so inspirational so thank you. Here I am refusing to back down.

Im well on my way to reach my end of March goal of 90kg as of today I was down to 92.7kg and 1.5 kg down from last week. I have just over 2 weeks to loose 2.7kg to reach my 90kg mark @ the end of march
well I weighed in yesterday and hae lost a total of 2 kilos this week. Think it is mainly because I am now eating and not ust haing 1 meal a day. My pants feel a bit looser which is awesome. I done 1 hour on the wii fit yesterday and boy did I pay for it last night. Oh well see how well I do this week. Good luck all

I am currently 91.5kg so only 7 days left to loose 1.5 kg if I want to hit my March goal I sure will try but I have my doubts with the payday tommorow anything is possible but reaching 90kg by the 31st would be nice
This morning I weighed in @ 90.8kg I am so close to hitting my March goal of 90kg! I have got to be on my best possible behaiviour this "payday weekend" lol... Im just drafting this down for some countability I hope it works
