I may as well start this one.
Let's say week 1 = 88kg
and week 2 was the same and I'll go from there
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hey Carley that's great.
I was 87.5 now 87.2kg. Not what I hoped for still heading in the right direction. Focus. Focus.
Good luck to the late starters this month.

Hi All

I think I need to join the challenge too. I might be just close to 2 weeks late to join March challenge but my goal for March is to get back down to atleast 90kg and to exercise 5 days a week oh and eat well over the weekends which has always been a challenge for me.

Carley you are doing really really great dear keep up the good work. One of the reason I came back here was people like you that are so inspirational so thank you. Here I am refusing to back down.

I have done it before I will do it now lets see 90 kg at the end of March for SassyT

Good luck to all!

well I weighed in yesterday and hae lost a total of 2 kilos this week. Think it is mainly because I am now eating and not ust haing 1 meal a day. My pants feel a bit looser which is awesome. I done 1 hour on the wii fit yesterday and boy did I pay for it last night. Oh well see how well I do this week. Good luck all

I just want to get started!

Today is a Sunday. I am going shopping to buy those healthy snacks I don't have much of, and to organise healthier dinners.

My goal is to stop eating by 7.30pm each night (that's when all the bad snacks come out). But I will allow myself to have coffee as I love the stuff and don't have sugar and use skim milk.

I am also going to begin an exercise routine. I want to begin with walking/jogging for this month. I have never been good at jogging and want to improve in that area as it is so mobile and cheap.

I don't mind if I eat the wrong foods this month just as long as I don't eat after 7.30 and begin an exercise routine.

Good luck everyone. I'm sure we can do it if we support each other.

Preparing for visitors helped me lose a bit last week but this week eating out with them has been less than helpful.
85.9 last week 86.2 this week. Ok back on the wagon.
