How did you go minus the sugars andie?
How is everyone else going? What are you trying?
I weighed in at 73.1 this morning ... almost at the 5kg loss... not quite... hoping it will drop just a little in the next day or two
- I am avoiding big sweets altogether and indulging in low fat yogurt with cereal or my awesome breakfast smoothie with banana and blueberries!

Great chocolate egg recipe you can make yourself that is kinda healthy (lots of good things and I find dark choc you eat less of): 200g dark choc (70% cocoa), 20g cranberries, 20g slivered almonds (or any fruit and nuts) - melt the choc, put it in egg moulds or those little chocolate patty cases to coat the bottom, add fruit and nut, top with chocolate to fill - let them set in fridge overnight or freezer for an hour and enjoy
