I don't think 10 is too crazy an amt to aim for, but certainly will be tough! I tend to think like a kg a week and then aim for a little less as I know I will struggle to average that EVERY week... If i meet my goal early then all the better! Still, aim high and even if 10 turns out to be too much in that amt of time you will still be able to be very proud of the amt you have acheived!
The festivities over here have continued, although for the most part I have managed to eat minimal really bad foods and have lots of my normal meals still (aiming for super healthy ones where I can so I feel i can indulge more when I am out socialising
) - cannot say the same about my alcohol consumption
but accompanied by much dancing and I am still losing a bit week to week
71.2 today, so lost 6.8 overall
