I'm really glad you are feeling good and bush walks are always so amazing. You'd be working different muscle groups to the treadmill though because of the rugged and uneven natural surface compared to the smooth surface of the treadmill! Good to spice things up sometimes!
I am feeling quite cranky at the moment as the scales keeping moving up and down, topsy turvy! I know it's because I'm being silly and weighing in everyday
which I NEED to stop, for my damn sanity!
So I keep hitting 80.65 and 80.55 and so on so I'm still kinda not really excited about the 70's because I'm not well and truly there EVERY time I weigh myself. Once that happens I'll be happier. I'm not uninspired or demotivated. Hell, I'm even more motivated than before! But I'm just having a dumb day where the scales have made me cranky and a bit depressed, even though I'm working hard, look great and feel great.
I promise I won't look at the scales until at least the weekend!!
That's goal number one...goal number two is to then not touch the scales until next Friday!
