I'm so in for the August challenge, my motivation levels are starting to slip so this sounds good to me!
Current weight: 115.7 Goal weight for the end of August: 111.7
I hope to be lower than this but in saying that I would still be happy with 4kg loss by the end of August as I am going to the US for a couple of weeks this month and weightloss is always a challenge on a holiday.
Got home from work today. Felt rubbish. Just enoughn energy to cook some dinner and crash and burn. Hmmm... was planning on doing some weights but it's cold and raining... I am a slack ass.... Someone tell me to get off my ass and do something?
