73 kilos. 1 kilo to lose to my 2nd mini goal.
I made my goal for the month, going for 72 kilos which is my 2nd mini goal.
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

71.6 kilos, I'm down 3.1 kilos this month, I'm aiming for 70 kilos by the end of month, which is my 3rd mini goal.

Amazing Carley, you are a champion!!!! Weighed in this morning at 78.95kg. 1.95kg to go and 8 days left eeeek! Damn weekend away :(

Today's weigh in was 70 kilos. I can't believe I smashed my goal.Down nearly 5 kilos this month. Ultra slim is working great for me.

I'm so excited about December's challenge, who else is in?

I'm in Carley! Seems I have failed a bit at the November challenge :( just been really blah and demotivated. Time to get into gear before the onset of the Xmas season and stay on top of this weight. Even just maintaining the 70's right now and never seeing the 80's again is my goal. Finding my energy levels are down in my feet though of late, so hard to get up and exercise of a morning haha.

Will try my best though ;) Are you using shakes at the moment Carley? I am too, so am hoping if I keep this up and just exercise a little bit then I will still be seeing losses! Gotta say it is much harder getting up in the morning heat than in the freezing cold and dark morning :P

I am on ultra slim. Another nice one I use is rapid loss, most places $29.95, some $34, look around. They really do fill you up. I lost 4 kilos in my first week I think.

I'm down to 70 kilos, I lost 5 kilos this month. I will take that and run. I've lost the weight I gained this year, I was 72 kilos the beginning so I'm 2 kilos better off. Here's to December.

That is an amazing effort Carley, congratulations! :D Well, what can I say...this month was a massive failure!! I started out sooo good with the shakes and walking again. But a couple of bad weekends have really set me back... So I have ditched the shakes for awhile, just focusing on eating healthy and having some more energy for exercise and then once this ridiculously busy period has passed I may do the shakes again for a few weeks to kick some more kilos. Just really REALLY demotivated right now, you know how it goes...so hard to find the will power to keep going but I know I HAVE to while I'm still ahead so no matter how tired and cruddy I feel, I WILL keep going. I AM going to the gym tonight ;) And if I don't...please kick my butt!!!

SW for the challenge: 81.15kg
GW for the challenge: 77kg
CW at end of challenge: 79.8kg :(
