nah there is no 'winner' in this one elyn. you set yourself a goal , say to lose 10 kilos in those 12 weeks (for example) and then each week you weigh in. its just something to motivate yourself and so on :)

Yep I am in but I will be realistic with my goal!
Starting weight 68.5kgs....that won't be different on Friday I am sure!!!
Goal weight at the end of the 12 weeks - 65kgs.

Target for Feb 2007 - 77.4kgs

Are you following a certain diet? Im not sure if i should look at following a certain diet or just eat healthy and exercise and see how i go with that...

Sweet! hmmm my goal.... to lose 12 kilos in that 12 weeks :D

to BB,

have a read at our 'progress journals', 'food diary' and 'excerise diary's.

im just cutting the butter from breads, eating multigrain breads only, drink water, cutting out coke and juices [but sometimes you give into temptations :lol: ], eating more fruits/veges and just started back up at the gym and trying to get from 45 to 1hrs wrkout 4-5 days a week.

everyone has there own ways , so the best is to pick from everyone what you want and design your own plan.

i heard a lot of people are on tony fergusen milk shake diet and are having wonderful success. it costs around $40-$50 a week. a bit to much for me, since im a student but have a go!
