In the last 12 week challenge, I managed to lose about 2.5 kilos and it is staying around there. There have been distractions, like weekend getaway, long hours at work etc. Compared to you guys, my progress is not comparable but so far it has been steady and I am still very satisfied that there is a bit of progress. I aim to continue to write in the food intake and exercise daily diary.
In the next 12 week challenge, I would like to lose the final 2.5 to 3 kilos. I will be over the moon if I can do that. I think there is a good chance.
By writing these down, I am trying to encourage myself to stick to it. Cheers to everybody...
