Prior to joining here I cleared my plan with my GP and the medical centre's nutritionist/dietician so I'm good to go. I have monthly check-ins with with the nutritionist to review my food diary and eating plan and also bi-monthly checks with the GP to make sure everything's going ok.
Ultimately, I'll stop when I feel good - whether that's 100, 80, or 60.
This is less of a lifestyle change and more of a lifestyle reversion for me, back to how I used to eat and exercise 6 years ago before I put all the weight on.
