My goal is to reach my goal.

I know this sounds wierd, but all my life I have set myself goals, come close and then relaxed myself a little too much and before I knew it, the weight was back on.

This year, I want to make it, then maintain it. Two very important things for me.

As for loss goals, I just want to lose every single week. It doesn't matter to me how much or how little I lose, so long as the trend is downwards. About a kilo a week would do me just fine!!

Ok, I'm officially 2 weeks in and I've lost a huge 4.9kgs as of 6am this morning. Yay!!!

This sounds just like me... I feel like I wrote this. Couldnt have said it better... I want the same... I would like to reach my goal this year :)

Hi all,

I'd love to join this challenge if I may. I joined this site a few years ago and managed to lose 8kgs in a short period of time (from what I recall it took 4 months). I went from 83kgs (post-baby) and got down to 75kgs, which I still am now, which is good, but I can do better. My new goal is 65kgs - to try to lose 10kgs this time and I am determined as I do not feel comfortable being over-weight.

How is everyone going? Are we making progress?

My plan of attack? With 2 under-school age children I was time-poor and found it extremely difficult to get motivated to do exercise - however - now that my little son has started primary school, I really want to walk him to and from school. Also, on the way I take my young daughter to kinder, so that works out to be 40mins walking for 5 days a week and up to an hour walking 3 times a week, starting this week - and that will help enormously. I have also started to eat LESS!! (a bit of a tougher task but more do-able now that I am highly motivated).

Wish you all luck, and would love to hear how you are all doing! :D
