I am starting at 75kgs.
A bit about me... I joined this site a few years ago and managed to lose 8kgs in a short period of time (approx 10 weeks). I went from 83kgs (post-baby) and got down to 75kgs (which is what I weigh now). Whilst maintaining this weight is good, I can do better. My new goal is 65kgs- to try to lose 10kgs this time and I am determined as I do not feel comfortable being over-weight especially with young, fit, little kids.
My plan of attack? I am walking my kids to school and kinder every day, so that is my 2hrs or so of exercise a week. I am decreasing the amount of food I eat (as I eat quite healthily but too much - often justifying eating the kids' leftovers!! bad idea...) and am also cutting down on snacking inbetween meals (my weakness). I am also taking up meditation and hoping this new focus and peace will relieve some boredom and restlessness which leads me to overeat throughout the day.
What are your plans? Let me know and we can help and support each other. This forum was the best way I lost weight in the past because I was held accountable every week and didn't want to let the team down and I believe I can do it again. Please join me. Together we can do it!
