How are you all finding motivation to keep going now we are a couple of weeks in? My week's motivation for keeping up my good diet has been a bit disappointing. Not terrible, just disappointing because I haven't been making the time to eat enough and my full 5 serve of veg and 3 protein as well as 3kg water have not been happening.
Just lost a bit of focus and got lazy about it. I have today off and was planning to have a housework and sewing day but think I will forgo the sewing for cooking and freezing some meals so there is no excuse for skipping vegie rich meals (yay for soup and stew weather).
The result is still a decent, though not stunning, loss (salvaged by cycling 70km weekly I think).

This weeks challenge will be an overnight trip away ... sitting for 4 hours travelling each way and relying on someone else to prepare my meals. Not to mention a situation that warrants a glass of wine (I've been avoiding all alcohol but decided to treat myself one). I am going for a 10km ride in the morning before I leave and another in the evening when I get back but I might have to up the exercise to compensate. I'm gladly taking all other suggestions on what everyone else is doing.
