I shall start the ball rolling then:

I aim to lose 8 kgs which will bring my weight down to 146.9kgs

I am also aiming this time around to improve my exercise habits.

* Swim at least once a week

* Walk at least 5 days a week

* Dance dvd once a week

* Walk Away The Pounds (should be here any day now!!) once a week

* To complete my France challenge and move on to another one!

This may be a little over-ambitious, but I need to start moving more!

Starting weight - 68.5kg
Goal Weight - 65kg

Other goals - To keep under my 1300 cals for the day at least 3 days a week.(I am really having problems with this, even with the exercise!!!) So far today I am on track, even after putting in what I am having for dinner, and the 1 CC and dry which I intend to have!!!! The only thing that is likely to blow me out would be if I cave this arvo and eat a biscuit. I have had 1 biscuit this morning and I added that in to my food diary so that is taken care of!

Groovychick I feel your pain... I count kilojoules too I work on 4500kj which is slightly less than 1300 calories for two days and if I stick to my limit on those two days on the third I have 7000kj which is a safe maintenance level and I think it stops my metabolism freaking out. I have such a massive weakness for bikkies to a point where I just don't buy them anymore... or else if I buy something I have a weakness for I make my boyfriend hide them from me so I can't be tempted unless he is around to make sure it fits into my daily kj intake 8)

Although lately I have lost motivation to count kilojoules (not to diet, but just to count) and count roughly in my head instead... although I really should start counting properly again because I have a habit of 'forgetting' the small transgressions like that one extra bikki if I don't write it down

Its so hard isn't it Puffer. I buy the biscuits because of the kids. I've got to have something for them, even if I make it, which I do a lot of the time. Plus for visitos, hence the eating of the biscuit yesterday. Until I joined calorie king and started looking at just how many calories I eat I never thought I was eating too much. I knew I was still eating too much junk but even on a day where I thought I was being really good and not eating too much crap, I was still over the calories. I still am blowing out but I think by not too much. I just filled in todays and realised I shouldn't have eaten those 2 slices of cheese on the cruskits. I just had 2 cruskits with cheese and tomato on. To me that is healthy but it has blown me out big time with the calories and the 16g of damn fat! I can make it today with the calories, even having a drink with my sis this arvo and having a few sweet chilli philly and jatz crackers but I am over on the fat because of the cheese. The 16g is half of the fat I am allowed for the day. By the time I add in the dry ginger ale with the cc and dinner(bbq) which I will have just a small amount, I end up over in fat, but under in calories! I think it is the fat content that I really do need to look at more than the calories so much. Well in conjunction anyway. I hadnt taken much notice of it until today. So the lesson learnt here, eat the cruskit with vegemite and tomato instead! Mind you I havent had a look at the fat content of vegemite but I would assume it would be a fair bit less than cheese.

My goal weight is 70 kilos.

I would like to lose some weight as I am fat and I want to get rid of my fat liver.
