i have been searching for a challenge within forums on the net, i always seems to only find old ones or be too late. i need the motivation and drive i get from working with a group of people who have the same goal i have , i want to share experiences and working with people in the same boat as u drives me to not let them or myself down.
I decided to start a 10 week challenge. One Kg a week is realistic. So my goal is in a weeks time the challenge will begin.
18th March 2012 - 27th May 2012.

MY starting weight is 73Kgs
I have a body fat percentage of 45%
My BMI is 27.5
My goal weight is 63Kgs
With a Body fat percentage between 25% - 35%
An a BMI of 20-25
SO Whos with me ????
