Does a Chicken kebab count as a treat? lol. Bad i know but i did so much exercise today, and was still way under cal intake and thats what i felt like for dinner... no cheese of course! lol it was yum :mrgreen:

Just checking in.. Done a 60 min aerobics class today... i felt the BURN!! lol :D

Nice work!!! I keep going to the gym (curves) but haven't felt the burn in a while... Think it might be time to join a "real" gym - I miss weights!
Small steps... AND... POOF! Weight gone :)

My problem with exercising is that I'm not very good at pushing myself - which is why classes are the best option for me, cos it makes me work hard. But so many of my nights are taken up with other things, and that's when all the classes are on. Drives me crazy.

Saying that, recently Hubby has been running down to the park with me (a 3 minute run) on Friday mornings before work to do a 30 min boxing session. And he makes me work hard - I've definitely felt the burn with the two we've done. I just hope he doesn't pull out on me, as it's getting pretty cold in the mornings now :(

Sounds like we are all exercising pretty good. Keep it up :)
I haven't done anything today,has some family stuff come up and my mum couldn't watch my kids, it's okay though cause my arms still hurt from yesterday lol.

I'm the same as you raejane, the classes push me way more then I would push myself lol

Hopefully I can find some scales in Sydney :p I weighed in this morning but didn't like the number, so hopeing I can lose a little more between now and then. If not I'll weigh in on Tuesday when I get back :)

Exactly another AGAIN 400g this week.... I swear I'm not making anything up!

400g seems to be my weekly loss.

So happy to have broken through 63!

Hope you guys have good weigh ins. Today is treat day for me, I've been so good lately.

I weighed myself... disapointed with myself! the scale is just under 126kg (not digital) so im guessing 100g loss.. pretty pathetic! considering i done 4 workouts over the 7 days.. but i only have myself to blame.. as i said i havent been eating the best but did come under my calorie intake number each day..

Oh well try again this week.
