My problem with exercising is that I'm not very good at pushing myself - which is why classes are the best option for me, cos it makes me work hard. But so many of my nights are taken up with other things, and that's when all the classes are on. Drives me crazy.
Saying that, recently Hubby has been running down to the park with me (a 3 minute run) on Friday mornings before work to do a 30 min boxing session. And he makes me work hard - I've definitely felt the burn with the two we've done. I just hope he doesn't pull out on me, as it's getting pretty cold in the mornings now
