Well i started off my week good..i had one rapid loss shake for brekky, Lunch was healthy home made spring rolls. Then i ended up getting a workout in.. wasnt the rpm class as planned but was an hour gym work out with the hubby (love my mum so much for watching kiddies) and then had perch fillet fish for dinner and a salad. Pretty please with that. Might be going to gym again tomorrow but if not starting monday is ''work out week'' with the mums from my kids school. Last week it got canceled due to school stuff but this week we are all free YAY!
Fingers crossed for a good weight loss next weekend! As u can see im pretty excited about this week (and my day today) lol
