Well i started off my week good..i had one rapid loss shake for brekky, Lunch was healthy home made spring rolls. Then i ended up getting a workout in.. wasnt the rpm class as planned but was an hour gym work out with the hubby (love my mum so much for watching kiddies) and then had perch fillet fish for dinner and a salad. Pretty please with that. Might be going to gym again tomorrow but if not starting monday is ''work out week'' with the mums from my kids school. Last week it got canceled due to school stuff but this week we are all free YAY!
Fingers crossed for a good weight loss next weekend! As u can see im pretty excited about this week (and my day today) lol

I lost 0.8kg again this week - so now down to 72.4kg :)

I got serious with a few things this week; every wed night hubby and I have a "special treat" of a small portion of this really yummy ice cream we discovered, we've been doing this for the past 6 months I reckon. Well this week I got myself a weight watchers sundae instead and it was yum, and heaps less calories. Perhaps next week I'll find something even healthier to wean myself off it. The other thing - every week at work we get Chinese food for lunch (I'm the one that goes out to get it) so I've decided to scrap that and made some yummy pumpkin and sweet potato soup instead.
Starting weight: 74kg

raejane, changing those treats to a healthier option sounds great! your doing well and congrats on ur loss.

I just wanted to share what i made today. Yummy Banana Berry Smoothy! only about 143cals so i had it as a snack today its simple and yummo! I made 3 drinks worth (only drank one)
1 banana
1 cup mixed berries
some ice
and about 2.5 cups skim milk

YUM! and refreshing! lol

I had a 200g loss this week, which is better than nothing I suppose, I am now 98.1kg.
:idea: I am going to try to get to the gym 3 times this week, and hopefully lose a bigger number next week! :)

So far my ''Work out week'' is off to a good start.
Saturday - 1 hours at the gym
Sunday - 1 hour at the gym
Tomorrow i have a Body Step class :) Fingers crossed for good weight loss this sat :)
Also been eating healthy pretty much for the whole last 7 weeks (with the exception of 2 meals last week)

This is one of my fave smoothies to make - I sometimes add oats and have it for brekky or even lunch, it fills me up so much.

Hmm might have to try it with oats next time.

Had my body step class today, i think i dont pretty well. it made me sweat and got my heat rate up so thats good lol

on to day 4 of my ''work out week'' with the other mums, which will be a boxing circuit. Last time i did this class was 7 weeks ago and i couldnt walk for 2 days, it brought tears to my eyes, that how much pain i was it. i have been less sore after work outs and classes so fingers crossed i can walk on wednesday haha.

How's everyone going?

Danielle, how'd your boxing circuit go? Tonight was my fortnightly boxing class (with my bro in law) and it was full on. It involved a 10-15 min run around the block, sprints (which killed me) and lots of kickboxing for me. I just dragged myself up from the couch before and my legs kill! Between muscle soreness, and bruising from all the kicks I was doing, I'm not sure how I'll get through my body combat class tomorrow night. My mother in law actually got through half of tonight's class before throwing up and going home, we were worked that hard.

Pain is good though, as long as it burns those calories!!

Boxing went well.. it had my heart racing and breathless and hurt like a B**** but so far 12 hours later.. I"M NOT SORE!! my legs and arms are fine! I think my muscles are getting used to the exercise stuff lol.

Tomorrow none of my 'mum friends' are able to go the the gym/class so im thinking i might try go on my own.. quite a big thing for me to attempt something like this on my own.. my confidence is LOW but i dont want to miss a day and just sit on my butt. I'll let you all know if i got the confidence to go at it alone :oops:

After my poo week last week of only 100g loss and after all my efforts at the gym this week (5 days) I am very proud to say I weighed in this morning and have lost 2.3kgs!! Very very happy with that.

Ooh only a tiny loss for me 100g down to 62.8. Was a crazy week, no time to think and I wasn't exercising as hard as necessary to keep my metabolism going probably. Hopefully next week will be calmer and I can be more focused!

Great work on the 2.3kg loss!!
