It's definitely frustrating when you hit that plateau - even more frustrating though is that I've actually GAINED in the last few days
I'm hoping that it's fluid retention, as it was that time of the month. Cos I've been really serious about eating well, and had a killer workout the other night and another tonight, and I'm even feeling pretty good. I was honestly expecting a loss when I hopped on the scales this morning.
But, hopefully on a plus side, I've been needing the loo HEAPS this morning ... so if it is fluid retention, then hopefully I'll see some better results in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed.
Zamta, I'm with you on setting some goals for next week. I'm gonna have a think about that now.
