Good work everyone! And well done Danielle, that's a massive loss.

I didn't lose anything :( this is usually what happens, I did everything the same but I seem to have hit a wall. This is usually where I lose motivation, but I'm determined to keep going. Fingers crossed i'll have a better result next Saturday.

No worries, raejane. No gain is excellent result.

Try having a couple of days off now over the weekend then get stuck back into things with a vengeance on Monday. Dont forget to keep the fluids up (Dont overdo them though) as it's getting cooler and not so easy to remember to drink :)

Hi everyone. Sorry I have been MIA. Last Saturday my partner and I got rear ended and it has really aggravated an old horseback riding injury in my lower back. I've been pretty inactive except for a dog walk here and there. I haven't lost any weight this week. I will post this and last week's results tomorrow night!

Great work everyone!!! Only four weeks till the end of the challenge!

Our group has gotten so quiet, I hope everyone is doing well.

Yankee I hope ur back is feeling better.

I done boxing circuit today and think I strained my right shoulder, may have over did it a bit, hope I wake up pain free lol.

Yankee, how's the back going?

Danielle, hope the shoulder's ok - if it's still sore just focus on the lower body for a few days to rest it up a bit.

I did my body combat class last night - I used a heart rate monitor to figure out how many calories I burned (I'd been estimating 500) and it was 663! Wow. Though they did have my fave tracks last night ... It's amazing how fun it can be boxing to Hairspray ;)

I've also been stepping it up food wise in the hope that my weight will continue to drop - it hasn't budged for over a week now :( If anyone uses My Fitness Pal, then please feel free to add me - my username is rachborg. I need to be held accountable right now!

I feel your frustration, I think I'm also hitting a massive plateau!

It's been so crazy at work I haven't had much of a chance to actually think much about what I need to do, or to step up the exercise.

I've also been stressed so struggling to sleep well which doesn't help. Am quite worried I will have a gain this week :(.

I've got a quiet weekend this week so will use the opportunity to get organized and plan properly for the week ahead and get lots of sleep and relaxation. Then hopefully next week I can really get working and break the plateau.

I think I'll figure out some actual goals for next week and post them here - raejene if you want to do that I'll try and help keep you accountable :)

It's definitely frustrating when you hit that plateau - even more frustrating though is that I've actually GAINED in the last few days :( I'm hoping that it's fluid retention, as it was that time of the month. Cos I've been really serious about eating well, and had a killer workout the other night and another tonight, and I'm even feeling pretty good. I was honestly expecting a loss when I hopped on the scales this morning.

But, hopefully on a plus side, I've been needing the loo HEAPS this morning ... so if it is fluid retention, then hopefully I'll see some better results in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed.

Zamta, I'm with you on setting some goals for next week. I'm gonna have a think about that now.

I done my weigh in this morning, lost another 1.3kgs which has me meeting my 1st mini goal of 10kgs! Yay!! I'm now 122.3kgs total loss is 10.2kgs

Wow, 1.3 in a week is great! Hope the class was good.

I lost a little bit more, down to 62.5. Pretty happy with that actually given the stress and lack of sleep this week. I'm doing the 7 day slim down from toneitup this week so hopefully will have a good result next Saturday!
