Hey guys,

I love being involved in challenges on here. There's support and fun and a few laughs, so, lets try get one going for May :D

Current Weight: 108kgs
May Goal: 105kgs

Anybody else keen to join me and kick May's butt?

current weight : 126.0
May goal weight: 121.0-122.0

So 4-5 kgs would be awesome! Also would put me over my first 10kgs lost and complete my first mini goal.

Since May starts on a Tuesday shall we make Tuesdays weigh in days?

My aim is to lose 4kgs for the month of May.

Yay! Doing a daily food and exercise log sounds like an amazing idea!

Sadly I can't work out as much as I'd like at the moment because I'm finally getting over an illness that has been hounding me for seven or so months. But I do have two very active dogs that would love if I walked them more.

I'm so excited for May to kick off. It's going to be an incredible month.

def use the doggies as an excuse! walking is better than running for fatburning, a 45min fatburner walk will achieve great results...i do 2fatburner walks and 3 aerobic classes (Only cos i get lazy with walking and like the pump/energy from doing classes) I wont stay motivated if I get bored!!!

Yeah Tuesday is okay for weigh in.. Im actually in another challenge and my weigh in day is friday but i dont mind jumping on the scales on Tuesdays as well. I dont do as much exercise as i should but i try my best..

i went for a walk today and tried to take my 1 yr old dog with me, she had never been on a lead before and she refused!! We have never had to take her on walks before cause we live on 5 acres.. maybe next time i will try take her out the gate before clipping her to the lead.

I will try and get online daily and log my food for the day too :)

Sounds like you're both doing fantastic.

I know what you mean about the dogs on leads, I have a two year old pup that is a nervous nelly and doesn't like the lead.I'm hoping if it becomes a regular thing she'll work out how much fun it is :)

My dog (staghound X bull arab) was fine when i put the harness on, i left that on her for about 3 hours with no lead so she got used to it, and then when i put the lead on she just kept pulling away from me.. i had to pull her in toward me to get it off her. im gonna try putting the lead on once i get out the gate, and if that doesnt help i will put my jack russel on a lead and see if the site of my other dog walking out the gate makes her want to come too lol.. i need to show her she isnt getting hurt, and that its fun.. She was on a lead once but that was to take her to the vet, she might of thought we were going there again. :?

So jealous! I have to wait till I move again in 2mths before I get a dog - dying for a german shepherd puppy!!

Don't worry if you don't get to exercise as much as you want.. remember its 70% diet and 30% exercise...so just try and eat really really clean!

i been using 'myfiynesspal' app on my iphone to record calories, im eating a little less cals then my 1560 it says i should eat, not feeling hungry. i rekon my food it pretty good, 100% better then before. and im actually eating breakfast now lol

Haha yep how hard did it use to be to eat breakky! id die without it!

I decided not to bore you girls with my exercise/food log - ive made a journal for that on here.

Anyway took my picci today...so will use it as my start picci and end of this month will take another picci in the same outfit to see the difference!! haha despite appearances i dont hold much weight in my erm tata's cos there fake - mostly hold it in my waist, thighs and but at the moment!!

You will get there! I weigh more then when I was preggers.... not okay! I will weighin officially on tues - but in that pic id be around 72.8 or so which is huge for me... a year a ago never let myself go above 59!! i have a journal...its explained in there but yea... we know personally were we are most happy at so we just have to aim to get there!!

Elite you look awesome babe! Also, German Shepherds are amazing! Mine babies are just cross breeds, but they're still the worlds cutest dogs in my eyes :p
