You can do it :) Plus, this way is heaps cheaper than a surgeon.

Have you ever seriously considered surgery?

I can't wait either! it's going to be a good month.

Yeah, I feel the same about going under the knife. Plus, I'm only 21, way too young to consider such drastic measures. In saying that though I was at a high school today and got asked if I had a kid there. Its like yes, I had a child at eight years old you idiot.

And noo, don't take down the photo! It's awesome, and totally not negative. :)

Lol I didnt mean surgery to lose the weight, i was thinking more for after i lose weight, like the excess skin.. i would have to evaluate myself once i get there before making any crazy decisions.. i know this skin isnt going to spring back after all this weight and babies stretched it to its limits.

No i havent SERIOUSLY considered surgery, i have been curious, and looked at how much something like gastric bypass costs but havent actually gone crazy and saved the money for it or spoke to a dr about it. I have tried duromine in the past and yes it does work, but i dont eat when im on it.. i forget to eat! So when i do come off it and begin to eat again i put the weight back on.. I think the way i am doing it now is not only getting me more fit with the exercise but also teaching me to eat healthy. And i am feeling more motivated doing it this way without taking the taking tablets, i can say i did this on my own!

No Elite you dont need to take the picci down.. it is not de-motivating seeing it.. if anything it is motivation! But thank you for thinking about us :)

Ahhh right, yeah, I don't see surgery to remove skin as cosmetic for some reason. But hey, it's a bridge you'll cross eventually yah?

I had an OK first day, didn't eat anything I shouldn't have but didn't get any exercise in. Oh well, tomorrows another day, and as long as I do better than I did today I'll be happy :)

Day 1 = epic fail!

It was a rush rush rush type of day for me.. had to get a new tyre and a part for my car, Had some sad news about a family member, my youngest daughter was in the worst mood ALL day and wouldnt take a nap. And getting kids to and from school, homework blah blah blah! i'm tired.. i didnt eat right :( brekky was late (11am) which was avocado on toast. Lunch was a seared chicken ceaser wrap (not the best lunch i could have had) but was on the go, didnt have time to make anything and dinner was a kebab eeeeek (chicken lettuce tomato onion garlic sauce) tomorrow WILL be better!

I dont think I am too late to join :) its only the 1st week in May :)

Id like to make a farfetched goal of 81kg by end of May! Simply because I know how my body reacts to the shock of clean eating and exercise it is bound to let go of lots for the 1st week so it should not be a prob loosing the rest...

I currently weigh 86.8kg

This is really exciting :D

argh i know how you feel - its like you dont even recognise yourself/feel like a fraud! I hate being fat it effects soooo many aspects of your life - confidence, style of clothes you can wear, health of course. will get there tho! big thing is staying with it and being committed and dedicated keeping long term goals in mind... no quick fixes...clean-eating all the way! :)
