And Lisa just looking at your minigoals - they are realistic and absolutely attainable, first kinda step is getting your head around the fact it dosant just happen overnight and no amount of wishing is going to get rid of the fat...you have to do it old school style with hard work! (so worth it but!!!)

This time around there is no stopping me...
It feels really great to have the constant support from this forum I would not trade that for anything...
Elitesolitude you have done so well I wish to be right there with you so I would not feel like a stranger in my own body. But like you say the good thing is we are doing something about it... :)

Yay, lots of new support :) Welcome everybody!

I need a kick up the bum. I've had couple of really rough days. Time to kick it into gear and do this.

Hows everybody doing?

My biggest hurdle so far is the fact I'm on placement for Uni at the moment, and the hours can be pretty rough which means I end up eating out all day/night:/ TIme to start packing a lunch :)

Did awesome today :) Ate perfectly AND went for a 30 minute 'Run' with a friend. Tbh I probably spent like four minutes jogging and the rest walking but I got that heart rate going and got a bit of a sweat.

How did everybody elses day go? Nearly at the first weigh in!

i had weigh in with my other group today.. no so good (only 100g) but i will weigh in again on tuesday for this group.

Today was good! i had one rapid loss shake for brekky, Lunch was healthy home made spring rolls. Then i ended up getting a workout in.. was an hour gym work out with the hubby (love my mum so much for watching kiddies) and then had perch fillet fish for dinner and a salad. Pretty please with that. Might be going to gym again tomorrow but if not starting monday is ''work out week'' with the mums from my kids school. Last week it got canceled due to school stuff but this week we are all free YAY!
Fingers crossed for a good weight loss! As u can see im pretty excited about this week (and my day today) lol

Thanks hun, Yeas yesterday was a good day :)
Today i make a smoothy, yummy and low cals
I estimated with a cal counter that its about 143cals, so i had it as a snack. If you want to try it it is so simple to make, i put:
1 banana
1 cup mixed berries
some ice
about 2.5 cups skim milk
and blended it all up.. It made about 3 drinks (i only had the one) It was good!!

That does sound really good. Time for me to get some mixed berries!

I had another awesome day today, managed another 'Jalk' which is what my flatmate calls my jog/walks. We even shaved 5 minutes off our time.

I'm really hurting now though.

Had a great workout at the gym Friday and Saturday. Then on the way home from the gym Saturday, my partner and I were sitting at a red light and some lady rear-ended us! So I've been a little sore in the neck & back. I took the dog for about an hour walk yesterday but otherwise didn't really feel like exercising. Going to try to get out with the dog for awhile again today to at least keep moving.

Sorry to hear you got rear ended! i hope you and hubby are okay!

I had another good day, Body step class was good, a little fast paced my my weight but i tried my best and was sweating my butt off by the end of it lol.

Tomorrow i have a boxing circuit class.. will be interesting to see how much pain it will cause considering 7 weeks ago when i did it i couldnt walk for 2 days lol.

Weigh in tomorrow for this group.. good luck all and i hope we have had some great losses :)

Wk 1 weighin = loss of 0.7
...so didn't reach my goal of 1kg but attribute it to the dextrose I have been putting in my protein muffins. Still happy with the loss though cos body muscle has increased.

Goals for wk2 are to stop having dextrose haha and as always increase water cos really struggle to drink it!

Can't wait for everyone elses results!! ><

I dislike scales. Managed a loss of .400 this week, which considering how much junk I put in my system I guess is pretty good.

Oh well, just gotta try harder.

Well done again elite!

Hanhan, a wise person told me a few days ago ''Just remember, any loss is a loss.'' (you) lol better then a gain :) gl on week 2 :)

I woke up late this morning and was rushing around trying to get kids ready for school and didnt get a chance to weigh in.. will try again in the morning.

Boxing class went well, deffo got the heart racing and i was breathless (doesnt help that im a smoker) but i did it and im not sore!! last time i couldnt walk and arms were in PAIN and so far i feel no pain!! yay!! tomorrow i have no one available to do a class with me and im going to try work up the courage to go on my own! If i do go it will be a body step class again. I'm pretty proud of my efforts these last few days, i went from no exercise to going to the gym/classes 4 days in a row (5 if i go tomorrow) pretty big thing for me.

will post weight tomorrow :)
