Hi wanting to lose 4kgs per month but need some gfs to keep me inspired/motivated.

my diet and fitness is on track - but i go on fb more..and worried i will forget to come on here....if anyones interested pls pm me fore addy :)

Im all for helping keeping people motivated (also need a bit myself) but i havent told anyone except close family that im trying to lose weight lol.. i figure if no one knows in the beginning they wont know if i fail (which i pray i dont fail).. Maybe start a Private weightloss FB page?

I am quite motivated at present. I have increased my walking each day and now walk 8,000 steps per day except on Sundays. Sunday is my day off.

I have started doing sit ups. Only managing 6 at present but intend to increase the number I do weekly until I get to at least 20 per session.

I bought an exercise ball and tried it out last night. It was hillarious, it was far too large and I kept slipping off. So, I ordered another one 30cm smallerm, I hope it is okay.

It comes with an exercise video.

I'm hoping the extra walking plus exercise and healthy dieat will help me loose weight a little faster. At present I am loosing .5kg each week. I Weigh 68.5kg and have a goal weight of 53kgs.
