I'm just starting out on my journey just over 3 weeks in and start my first 12 wk challenge tomorrow
So I'm no where near where you are at the moment, still kinda getting off being able to stick to it at the moment. Reading about your challenge inspired me follow in your steps and do it in manageable challenges rather than having my ultimate goal weight in the back of my head the whole time, I'm really impressed with how you are achieving your goals.
Bet your looking forward to maintenance time and being so close would have to be a challenge and a half, can only commiserate. And yeah once winter is done will make it whole lot easier I think too - I spent the last 3 days trying to work out a herbal tea I can have in place of a hot cuppa coffee or hot chocolate for those cold mornings and nights - bingo on the Rooibos Tea with ginger and cinnamon
