With the stress of exams and my avoidance of the gym when I am really stressed with the exams, this seems like a perfect idea. I also have one big challenge for myself - no lollies and chocolate. They are my big downfalls. I am fine when it comes to portion size and quite frequently have a smaller plate or bowl with dinner etc.
Ill try to get in here daily and log my "junk food" intake.
