
As of today it is 12.5 weeks until my 21st birthday, by which time I would like to be feeling and looking much better about myself... So my challenge is this
Current weight : 85kg (Doctor weighed me in at lighter than I expected!)
Goal weight : 69kg
I have struggled with my PCOS however am trialling new medication and will SMASH this challenge and feel great at my party!

I will be using a combination of switching up my exercise routine - (I'm actually surprisingly fit! I play sport 6 days a week and do a lot of cardio) to incorporate more strength toning so that the increased muscle mass burns more fat - and changing my diet and varying calorie intake each day/
