OMG this is hard work!
tennis couldn't start yet, (sore foot) so i got the grip re-done and joined the local RSL for cheaper court hire, hoping for a time this week!
I hurt my right foot doing steps again
(strapped at the moment) so i have been just walking most days uphill.
But i really watched what i ate and i did lose some weight, not much this week but it's still a loss
I should be happy with 1 kilo a week but it seems that i am having to work really hard for it to shift
Am i getting impatient ? i think so
Shaz you are doing great, we do like our once a week day off don't we
