12 week challenge sounds like a great idea. I'm going to join the challenge.

I'm into my 4th week of dieting and have lost 3 kgs.

I'm not so hungry anymore I think I'm getting used to eating less. I'm eating the Lite N Easy diet of 1200 calaries. I love the lunches and the snacks.

It certainly gives me a new idea of portion sizes and the pleasure in eating a variety of foods each day.

I measured my waist line this morning and am going to measure my weight and waistline weekly from now on.

I'm going to Hamilton Island next month and a little worried about how to eat less and stay healthy on holidays. One idea I have is to order entre's instead of main meals. Hopefully the activities will increase my exercise and lesson my weight.

My husband is walking with me for an hour each evening and I enjoy his company. I also walk before work for 15minutes and at lunch time for 45 minutes. I'm now looking for ways to exercise at home to add to my exercise routine.

There are lots of great ideas on the forum to encourage more exercise. One I'm following is a star chart marking in stars how many exercise sessions I am doing per day.

Well we appear to be settling into the Lite n Easy life. The simplicity is perfect for me at the moment.

Still on track with my weightloss which is FAB but have a feeling it might start to slow down somewhat!

I am a bit late to the party but would like to join you guys. I need a bit of motivation, after recently putting on 5kgs. I am 164cm, was 60kgs in March - now 65!

I have had the winter "off" recovering from injuries and enjoying my food too much!

I have started taking carrots and apples to work as snacks, circuit weights session at work 3 x week, and some light cardio other 2 days. I think I will try also go for a walk on the weekends.

:o Sheer bloody hard work and determination this week and it paid off :D
I have been exercising on the Biggest Loser on Wii every morning and REALLY watching what goes in my tummy-
it cried out for more but i didn't give in :lol:

Nice work Carolyn.

I had a bad week with a cold but tried to eat healthily and did a bit of exercise. Just have to be consistent and make sure I have vegetable and fruit snacks for work, trying hard to stay away from sugar but it is hard!

I am happy with this last week on the scales and food wise, now got to get back to the exercise. Heading off soon to play sport with some friends.

Managed 2 sport sessions and 3 weights sessions - hard work but it is worth it.

OMG this is hard work!
tennis couldn't start yet, (sore foot) so i got the grip re-done and joined the local RSL for cheaper court hire, hoping for a time this week!
I hurt my right foot doing steps again :evil: (strapped at the moment) so i have been just walking most days uphill.
But i really watched what i ate and i did lose some weight, not much this week but it's still a loss :D I should be happy with 1 kilo a week but it seems that i am having to work really hard for it to shift :?: Am i getting impatient ? i think so :shock:

Shaz you are doing great, we do like our once a week day off don't we :lol:
