New Challenge

Can anyone set up a challenge?

I have 3 months to lose 17 kilos and even though I have my DH doing it with me - figured if I had some of the wonderful people on here doing it with me aswell, then I might come on here more often and keep up with it this time.

Anyone want to join??

I'm in...

I've been MIA for a number of months now (new job, new house, finishing studies) and let my plans drop. Thankfully I haven't put the weight that I lost (all 5 kgs of it!!!!) back on, but I haven't lost any more.


So lets do this!!.......

This challenge is going to run for 3 months starting today (21st November 2012)

So each wednesday - or whatever day you want to weigh yourself, you can do (I however, will not be - for specific reasons) and then just note it down and if you also have a small goal that you would like to accomplish than that can be noted down aswell - it can be for a day or a week or whatever you need it to be.

So here are my stats:

I'd love to join too if that's ok, however I'd like to go for 10 weeks as i have a wedding on 27th Jan that I want to be a bit lighter for. Was 60.7 as of monday and 60.1kg as of wednesday (yesterday).

Anyone is welcome to join and go for however long they need to - I am just doing it for 3 months, as that is the length of time before I go to the dr's.

I am currently sitting here in pain - well, aching, not severe pain. I did over an hour on the nintendo wii last night and now all the back muscles between my shoulder blades is so sore.

It was really fun though - I played bowling against my husband and we played 4 games (and I won 3 of them) and I also did some other training on my own.

Tonight I have decided that I am going to go home and do some Tae Bo.

Still have to get the motivation to get out of my warm cozy bed in the morning to exercise, but I am getting there.

Hi There,
I will join in with the 3 months challange...so 12 weeks...currently 111.2 (loss of 5.3kg so far) so i will go for the under 100kg mark by 12 weeks.

healthy bodies...here we come.
