Goal deadlines are there to aim for...not beat ourselves up over. You have the right attitude. :D

900gms is good. I know there were weeks in my weight loss journey where I would have gladly sold off my granny for half that weight!

Personally I wouldn't settle for 90kg for the mini goal...89.9kg - yes...but not 90kg!

Good work!

Thanks Kim,
Yes you're right of course! Why settle for 90's when the 80's is only 100g the difference and still within reach?! 89.9kg here I come!

Weigh in today (Sun 9/3/14) = 91.6 kg :D
Total loss for this week = 900 gms (same as last week, and though not quite a kilo it's close, and good enough for me!)

Thanks Diva, been a hard time coming but finally cracked it..

Yeah...generally I like round numbers but let's face it a number that starts off with an eight beats one that starts with a nine any day!

Now go get it!

Keep on the right path and remember that it isn't over when you reach your final goal and that will ground you for this upcoming week.

Reaching goal is only half the journey. Your full mission is to keep it off for life! Don't worry about it too much at this stage. It is a little easier and you have developed the skills to continue to have success. :D

LW: 89.3kg
TW: 89.5kg

A gain of 200g this week :| I'm not surprised, though a bit angry I had a gain after showing a loss just 2 days ago. 200g isn't much though and will be burned off in no time! Reading back on all my posts, I was so focused and happy

I really want to get back there so I'm going to try my hardest to.

Congrats to everyone on their amazing losses throughout this challenge, we have done an AMAZING job and worked together to achieve it!

So proud!

Ok - it is a gain...but think about how much you have learnt about yourself and this weight loss journey. That stuff is worthy it's weight in gold. With that - you can reach for the stars - and catch them! 8) :D

You be proud...you are achieving so much that will skill you up for success.
Next week is definitely your week! :D

Thanks Kim, I've learnt many lessons in the last two weeks and am finally starting to come out on top again! It looks like I'm still in my competition by the skin of my teeth (if I've worked the numbers out right) and that has really inspired me to kick it into overdrive and make up for such a bad week! If I have worked it out right, then it is myself and my other aussie friend left in the top 4, woohoo! And with only two weeks to go...time to compete 8)

I exercised today and ate right and the scales were already down from this morning  so it may be an advantage in the week to come if I can really knock that gain on the head. I have a huge walk planned tomorrow on the beach and hopefully I will have the results by then and that will inspire me even more! If not, I'll still work hard but it's always nice to have that added motivation ;)

Glad to be out of this emotional rut, at least for the time being. A week of space is going to be amazing and I hopefully shouldn't get distracted or withdrawn again because this is what I want for ME.

Kicking butt JP 8) You'll be hitting that 95kg mark in no time at this rate! Good on you mate, keep that hard work coming :)

Weigh in is Thursday for me and I'm both excited and nervous. I took my final sneak peak at the scales last night (so I don't drive myself more insane than I already currently am) - 87.9kg! Hopefully this number will stick around for weigh in, I think a loss like that might see me in the top 2 for my other challenge and I want it so badly!!!

Well, my partner left last night and boy, is the house lonely  Trying not to think about things too much but it's very, very hard when I have my own thoughts a lot of the time. I wish I could just take the week off and recoup or something - every day just seems harder than the last, even after my long weekend. Just gotta fuel these bad emotions into exercise which I intend to do this afternoon!

Hope everyone had a good weekend.
