Those goals I set myself are looking tough but it's not over yet..

Was a few 100 grams lower a couple of days ago and thought I had a chance of the 90's by tomorrow but woke up this morning up on last couple of days for no particular reason, it happens.. Having said that I might get a nice surprise in the morning on Mar 1st but I'm looking a little further afield at that 31 March weight now..
So I resolve to give it my best shot during March, I'm calling it HELL month!


The only trap I see is a weekend in Melbourne on 21/22/23 but it's not pencilled in to be a messy one.. therefore I am allowing myself 5 beers for the whole month and 3 sessions of not going to the gym or my evening walks to coincide with that trip but resolve to eat healthily whilst away and also do some kind of exercise, walking etc during that weekend.
At the end I want to weigh-in on the morning of April 1st and find that I have half way smashed the 90's.. It's a tough target but I'm deadly serious this time and pretty well 'in the zone' now to do this..
The first hurdle to this will be a family BBQ on Sunday, I'll eat healthily no doubt but want to try not to waste any of my beers on that - will no doubt keep you all updated on my progress on this challenge..
