A gutsy challenge this one. You are really nailing your colours! Good one!
I looked at my records for when I was around that weight. 3rd July 2011 I was 100.3kg (previous day I was 100.9kg) and it took me until 2nd August to get to 94.8kg (previous day 95.6kg...the day after I was 94.6kg). So that is a month...so you know it can be done! It was tough going though. I had ten days (not in a row - or I would have shot myself
) where my weight was more than the previous day. I had two really good weekly weigh ins and two modest losses weeks in that period.
Now I draw the line in the sand...I challenge you to better it!
I reckon with your weight training you should be able to - just so long as you watch what you eat!
