3 Month Challenge : Apr 1 - Jun 30

Just a heads up for any newbies that want to jump onto a challenge, they'll be another one coming up as soon as this latest 12 weeker finishes. So if you are interested, you've basically got yourself a week to get your head around it and join in on the fun ;)

Always a great motivator to have a few other people involved for support and advice.. See you around end of month to log in your starting weight..

The only thing that you should consider is; you do know that following JP into these challenges is a bit like signing up to be part of the crew of Captain Ahab obsessively chasing after that white whale, Moby Dick? :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I'll be pacing myself, that's for sure ;) I went for a nice walk/jog late this afternoon and it made me realise just how much I can do and that I shouldn't sacrifice this journey because of a stupid boy. It is going to be anything but easy but I want it enough to keep going. Plus the bad food hasn't made me feel any better, if anything, much WORSE! I need to feed my body well to keep it healthy just like keeping the mind healthy.

My goal for this challenge is to get into the 70's. I know it isn't a huge goal but right now, I need to take things a bit slow while I heal but better to be slow than doing nothing at all ;)

Will weigh in tomorrow for a reality check...

I'm a newbie to this website but I'd love to join this challenge.

My medium term goal is to lose 27kg by Christmas which is 8 months away. This will get me to my wedding weight (Feb 2012), I was still overweight when I got married, but way healthier than I am now.

My short term goal for the 3 month period is to lose 12kg. My starting weight is 96.5kg.
