And you're hauling 18+ kilos less than you were when you started this journey JP, and even at a turtle's pace the race can still be won!!!!

I have until December to finish the job, it might seem like I am going slowly ATM but this is a pace I can easily maintain with a tweak afterwards so I'm happy enough..

I'm going to get that loss sooner or later I just know it.. Am very happy with all aspects of my routine, might have eaten a bit too much bread of late is about the only tweak I am conscious of having to make..

Thanks JP, I'm pretty stoked, to have a loss of anything over (or in itself) a kilo is fantastic, but to do it TWICE IN A ROW at this stage of the game must be miraculous!!!

DEFINITELY!! Keep doing all the right things JP, and you'll see that SOONER OR LATER.....it will happen!!!
I remember reading somewhere (years ago) that "the longer the duration of plateau the greater the loss will be when the downward movement eventually restarts"!!!

Thanks Shelley, it's hard work and though hell bent on getting a loss each week there are times like this when it comes as a really pleasant surprise find that my efforts have paid off twice (in a row)!!! :D
Anyway, enough of that....
How are you going? How's the relationship situation, more importantly how are you coping? I hope you're feeling better; I'm sooooooooo glad to see you back in here, and will can't wait to see you rock those downward figures again!! I know YOU CAN DO IT, Shelley!!!

Gotta love those pleasant surprises! Trust me your hard work is paying off, I'm so proud of you! :D

Things are very slowly getting a little easier. Some days are really good, those days where "I almost feel like I'll survive this", ya know? Then there are the really dark days (like today for some reason) where life seems utterly insurmountable, I feel like the world is "rejecting me", like I have lost so much going through this and it isn't fair etc! And then my work mate brings me chai latte to cheer me up and things are a little better

As far as the separation goes, things are going about as well as can be expected. We got through a massive hurdle relatively unscathed which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm still extremely bitter about the entire thing though as he has really turned into a dirty, cheap scoundrel. When money is involved, people really show their true colours! But that's okay, it just solidifies the fact I don't want him in my life any more. And it hurts, yeah. I still love him, yeah. But I deserve better ;) And I'm okay being single, I have my own hobbies to occupy my time.

Now I just need to get my weight loss back on track 8) I've very, very excited to be back here with you Diva and with our little gang back together, we can defeat any hurdle  Just need to remember this on the crappy days ;)

It's a motley kinda gang but a happy supportive gang and that is what counts! 8)

May those dark days grow less as your success in weight loss grows more and more! :D
