Hey well, the challenge is over and I 'lost' a whopping 500g

Oh well, it's been keeping me thinking about it instead of going off on a holiday.

Well done the big losers! (winners!)

Hey Tams,
Don't sell yourself short, a 500g loss is still a loss (and a respectable one at that). :D
Congrats on being a loser (winner) in this last challenge; well done!!!

Weight at end of challenge: 88.5kg

Total loss: 5.6kg

Not the best loss overall but a loss nonetheless!

At least losing 0.5kg is better than the alternative - GAINING 0.5kg!

You did well...don't down your achievement - you have earned your place in the sun. 8)

The beautiful thing about this 5.6kg loss Shelley is that it has been achieved with all sorts of hardships thrown at you...and yet you are still in the game and giving your all.
In the past these events would have K.O.ed you but you've kept coming out each round swinging for your life! 8)

Mark this loss well - it could be the most important loss in your journey.
Life challenged you - and you stood your ground. No excuses...you kept on going.
It wasn't easy...but nothing worthy doing is easy...good work!
This is the new beginning to the road to that better future!
Get excited! - and get going! :D
