8 week challenge

Postby Karl1971 » Mon Jun 30, 2014 5:32 pm

Hi I don't who is here but tomorrow I will be starting my eight week fat loss/ weightloss program,
I have put on at least 8 kilos and more since we found out my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, just haven't had any motivation to do anything hence the weight gain . Well she's doing better so it's time to get my arse into gear and lose this weight and more.
I will be documenting my progress daily on this forum. My plan is to go on this diet called the Cohens diet with 2 days of fast high repetition weights with 3 days of 20 min cardio in high to low Intensity.
Tomorrow my first weigh in , I'm around 105 kilos my goal is 90 kilos 5 kilos off my old Aussie rules football weight . Wish me luck Karl

Welcome Karl to the Forum! :D

You are no good to your daughter and family if you don't look after your own health and are no longer around yourself!
It is a very good thing that you are doing something about this before the problem gets much bigger (literally)!

The Cohens Diet is a tough diet to follow. I wish you all the luck with it. Remember if things are getting too tough...we are here to help you along the way. There is a lot of practical wisdom floating around here ready to give you a few pointers that will make the journey easier and doable.

The big thing to keep in your head is that weight loss and healthy lifestyle living isn't just for a small time but it's a lifetime commitment.

Wishing that better future for you and yours! 8)

Good work Karl. It may not seem huge but each small step brings us closer to success. It is surprising just how quickly they all add up...before you know it - you have achieved your goal! 8)

Keep going Karl...you can do it! :)
