Hi I don't who is here but tomorrow I will be starting my eight week fat loss/ weightloss program,
I have put on at least 8 kilos and more since we found out my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, just haven't had any motivation to do anything hence the weight gain . Well she's doing better so it's time to get my arse into gear and lose this weight and more.
I will be documenting my progress daily on this forum.My plan is to go on this diet called the Cohens diet with 2 days of fast high repetition weights with 3 days of 20 min cardio in high to low Intensity.
Tomorrow my first weigh in , I'm around 105 kilos my goal is 90 kilos 5 kilos off my old Aussie rules football weight . Wish me luck Karl
