My challenge is real simple...keep doing what I'm doing and remain within my range weight. Vigilance - every day...or one day it all slips away.

My wife isn't a great cook...so the variety isn't as great as it is around your place. :mrgreen:
We routinely have the same things in rotation. I'm fine with that...I have always liked my food pretty plain anyway and enjoy what we eat.
On Sunday nights we usually go to the local market food hall and eat something there. I usually pick one of three things that I enjoy there.

Yes I do have snacks. I will pick from: fruits, nuts or sultanas...often picking two items for snacking (in maintenance...when losing weight I was more strict about how much snacks I had). I'll have a snack in the morning and something in the afternoon.

In maintenance I also have a cappuccino most days.

lite and easy really showed me a lot,i think that's where I relized I can eat and lose weight,i get the books out when I get off track and re read them and find my focus again...
I think with maintance I have too remember
3 meals 2 snacks.....

and the sizes are so very important..
