two weeks plus daily weigh in,anybody that wants too jump on ,jump on...copy paste and lets see where this ride finishes ..

starts tomorrow...

Great idea to break it into a two weeker.....short sharp and on top of mind as the finish line is only around the corner....you go girl!

Yeah I will chip in but nice and steady goes it for me, not gonna try to bust the bank these first few weeks back into it..

good one JP,
theres no rush any lose and we are winners even 100grams...
the last week I sort of have been up and down with writing down my weight everyday it seems too keep me more so focused..was going too start next week but nothing better than starting straight away..
my sons gf's here for dinner and im making seafood platter and made a dessert to die for...so I could be a little up tomorrow but im happy too get started and I know I will try hard if I make myself accountable for my actions ..

im finding I have too do it in little blocks or I get too lost,
and I seem too be able too stay focused for two weeks,its all about me keeping myself focused and not getting to ahead of myself...:-)

twoish weeks we should be able too stay focused for two ish weeks,i just hop the ish don't get us....
we can do this,i believe too stay the same for two weeks or too lose 100 grams or too lose more well we are winners...
if we start and we don't go up we are winners..

I didn't have "snack breaks" at first, well if I did, they were had immediately following the meal. I find if my meal is good value (and by that I mean, nutritionally as well as flavoursome) I don't tend to care about snacking. Unlike days gone by when my eating routine was one big long continuous snacking session!!! :shock: :oops:

I think most of my weight problem was that my snacks were my meals.
I had no breakfast but my morning tea would put a weight lifter's eating regime to shame.
Often skipped lunch as well which set me up for an epic afternoon orgy of delights.
Dinner I did have...much more than the average bear ought!
Then there was the midnight appointment with the leftovers in the fridge...but we won't go into details there!
Thank God those days are over with! 8)

Extended mine out to 3 weeks today when I go away again for a couple of weeks..
