JP, you may have "worked out" more or harder than you think, and although it doesn't show on the scales, great stuff is happening on the inside which will eventually show on the outside (including that little gizmo you stand on each morning)!! Don't worry, your efforts will show up eventually!!! Keep doing what you're doing and remember.......

Well, I weighed myself first thing I woke up, after relieving myself obviously ;) - was sorts p1ssed off and went back to bed, waffled on my Twitter account for an hour or so, then weighed in again, easiest 200g I've dropped in my life  but it was too late to record lower weight.. Oh well see what happens 2mo morning..

Hey JP, I'd go with the 200g lighter reading because your body may just have needed that little extra time in bed (whether it was to sleep or just rest) and had you not gotten up to relieve yourself until an hour later, you may have actually gotten that 200g lighter reading!!! Worth considering.....

All those gains are within normal expectations.
Remember when daily weighing look for trends and don't worry about one (or two) off numbers.

My scales can move by as much as 0.3kg or 0.4kg in consecutive goes. That is why my recorded weight is the number that comes up three times in a row.

JP - Don't forget that you have been giving your body heaps this week so it is natural to expect a day or so for it to plateau off to catch up. There is a good change that it is liquid retention for muscle making. Also something to factor in...that Subway may be retained a little longer in the body because it is not what you normally have at this time (in this fitness/good eating week)...but it will go.
