Maybe it is language sensitive??? In Italian "censored" is (aside from the obvious / literal meaning) is another term used to describe house of ill repute!!!

Not unexpected...should be turning it around today. If not - then it is time to review what you are doing.
Keep at it guys! :)

But why???????? You're soooooooooo close (to the finish line)!!!

It would be such a shame to let it go now, you've come so far Tink, don't throw it away, maybe (as Kim said) what you need is a little "reviewing" to see how you can jazz it up a little to make you feel less tired of the regime you're on. Sometimes it's just a matter of doing something a little different to add the zing back into the plan, and help get you cross that line.

Do reconsider..... :?

JP - even with less sleep than you should have...you still manage to turn the corner. Better yet, you also figured why things are happening. Connecting the dots means you can make more intelligent choices. Good work JP. 8)

Natasha - I think what is happening is you are swinging to far each cycle. When you go in weight loss mode...you may be pushing that boat too far out. It is no wonder that after such efforts your body is crying out for extra food. Try flattening the cycles out. Eat more now...so you will feel like eating less later. It is a tough balance to get right. We all want to lose the lot as quickly as possible and it is very easy to push our bodies too hard.
Try for steady losses of about 1kg rather than going for broke. Just an idea for you to consider.
You have done really well up to now...keep going! Success is just around the corner! 8)

Sounds like you need a good 'bloody' rare steak...or iron tablets (I know which one I would prefer!).
