I knew it had to be a mistake...10 kilos gain in two days - not even my body is that bad! :shock: :lol:

Well I can top that!! I've gained 3kg in one day!!!! :shock:
Trust me, it happens!!! The body does some pretty amazing things!!! :shock:

I know all about that. An average day for me is a kilo gain. It is only through exercise that I keep it at bay. I feel like I'm eating like a bird and compared to the bad old days I am...so I'm not pulling that level as much to control (manage) my weight.
My body set point is well and truly up the spout. Every chance it gets it wants to get back to the old "normal" weight...which was just this side of medium elephant! :shock:

Well not exactly a wipe out - more a missed wave...compared to yesterday's number it is probably a more realistic reflection of where you are at.
A return to where it all went off. This is all good...now you should be showing good progress again.
Bodes well for your next weekly weigh in. Good steady progress - that is what you want to be doing. 8)
