0.9kg is a good result specially if you are carrying an injury.
One of my bottom line mantras for weight loss is "listen to your body".
What that is all about is detecting injury/discomfort and easing back when required.
You are doing yourself no favours pushing through, doing greater damage and taking longer to recover.
Once fully recovered then you can press forward and quickly hit your stride again.
To change your numbers in your signature go to your 'User Control Panel', click on the 'Profile' tab and then click on 'Edit Signature' tab (on left hand side...second one down). Edit away and submit!
If you want a 'Ticker' like many of the others - then you'll have to ask Diva (Josie) as I've never gone down that path.
