You met your challenge goal and learnt a thing or two along the way.
All for the good! 8)

Having success like you are having at this time of the year shows that you have really got the hang of it. :D

Now onwards to victory!

Over the past 2 weeks a slew of Xmas and other holiday gatherings pushed aside my food and alcohol restrictions.
Today, 31/12: 92 kg.

After tonight I'll be back on the wagon.

Don't worry too much CB, today is a new day, and (best of all) a new year; one that I'm sure you'll get through that last hurdle to goal!!!

Last quarter of 2014 Challenge

I did it!!!

I achieved (and even surpassed) my 68kg goal for this last 2014 challenge!!! :D

My weight on 31/12/14 = 67.1kg
My weight on 01/01/15 = 66.7kg (a further 400g loss, taking me into 2015 in the 66's) I'm a happy happy girl!!! :D

It is tough going this time of the year Marc...a New Year and a new beginning! :D

Josie...it has been a good challenge for you. 8)
You worked very hard and stayed the course even when the runs didn't seem to be coming up on the board.
You should be very proud of your achievements...now don't waste it!

Thanks Kim,
It's been tough, and as you say (it is indeed) the "pointy end" of the journey.
It's ironic that the "last" challenge of the year, is the only one (since joining the forum that) I've actually ever met my goal!!!
But I'm not going to be complacent about it.....I may have met the challenge, but the war isn't over YET!!!
Let the new challenge begin........
