Hi All
Today I start my 30 day weight loss challenge using 'admin changed to generic term - shake'. To date I have lost 17kg in 90 days. I did a month of maintenance over Dec/Jan and I ready to go again.

Day one......
lunch and snacks packed and ready to go. I have a eye fillet and roast veg salad and fruit and vege sticks today. It will be a challenge as Im hooping between two sites today so will be out of the office from 9.15- 12.45pm. Might take it all down there with me. I have a meeting tonight as wel...to shake before or after???????
