Thu Day 7: 63.2kg
Sorry, thought I better check....today is day 7 right????
As I don't get to post every day it's easy for me to lose track (especially as my normal weigh in day is on a Sunday), all I know is we started on the Friday so does that mean it's the full week today, or tomorrow????
Either way it doesn't matter Kim, you're ROCKIN' IT!!!! Go boy go!!!!

Day 6: 63.2kg (yayyyyy.....broken through the dread 63.5kg) mind you, only just with a loss of 300g but it's fine....I'll keep battling on and hopefully break through into the 62's by Friday (or the first week of this beastly challenge)

packet of sour cream and chives (out of a 10 pack)(one packet)
a weight watcher snack something sweet...
all of that's 4 points for me and a days snacking...
if your getting your meals right help yourself out by doing your snacks for a day.
