Melbourne no melt down !!

Ok im going too copy Kim with a day too day topic of weigh in's as im going too Melbourne for the long weekend and if this helps me too drop a little weight I will be very happy...
Will start tomorrow and im thinking its about two weeks until the fly out and seeing my daughter...
Ive booked my tickets and ready too run,im going it alone and looking forward too Courtney and my time together !
Lets get moving...

Monday 18th may too Friday 5th May 2015....
Its so easy too put it on when we arnt watching and so hard too take it off if we don't track..I haven't done anything for the last couple of weeks so will/could be an interesting weigh in tomorrow,but happy too have been relaxed and now get back into it...I know its an everyday thing but I was sick of it and couldn't stay focused so now im ready too rock and roll !!

Have you got a target weight in mind (this is a challenge thread after all :wink: )?

It is a good idea of yours to kick yourself up a gear by doing this - specially with that trip coming up.

my challenge is too go down by 100 grams each dayt,so as long as im dropping weight that's what my challenge is,whether I can do that we will only see..

It's a good way to approach weight loss...each day just a little off and it will add up to a great victory.
My maths put your target weight at 83.9kg.
Whether or not you reach that in the challenge is immaterial.
The point of challenges is to motivate you to move forward...and so long as you move forward then the challenge can be counted as a success. 8)

yes that's right Kim it's too get my mojo back and the holiday is the icing on the cake..

I ate well yesterday but the bread roll with butter with dinner was a bit oh no but oh yes..Pretty happy with yesterdays efforts...

It's funny how I feel that I am eating more and feeling so much better but in saying that i'm not eating more I just picking what should be eaten,with a couple of naughty things here and their.
I strongly believe if we eat 3 meals a day,2 fruit and something a little naughty and of small size,we will lose weight.As long as theres no other factors,eg unhealthy or womans issues we will drop weight !!

With feeling so well we look well,fit and healthy and ready too go,theres no other way too be..

You are right...it's about eating healthy sensible portions not starving ourselves to death.
That approach will always lead to failure in the long run.
