Hello all,
I had the best time,and going back in a few x's 2 weeks time..and cant wait...
my calf is still not good with me doing it again on the sunday jumping on a train in Melbourne,coming home and doing it again running across the road Friday...looking like if I don't rest I will have too goto the Drs...
Hope all is good with everybody and everybodys doing well with their weight...

Apart from the dodgy calf I hope that the trip was all that you had wished for.
I think that you have just discovered why you should always pace yourself when recovering from injury...
the danger of it reoccurring is just around the corner if care isn't taken.
Take special care of yourself so that you will be 100% for your next trip. 8)
You've got to look after yourself, okay?
