Well JP, it can be done!...so make it happen for you! 8)
I just looked up my numbers for about the same weight and goal as you have set
and it took me 23 days to do it (105.2kg to 99.5kg).
So if you do it at my rate - that will give you 8 days spare!

Keep checking the basics (food intake and exercise)
...and above all keep the positive self talk up and it will come together in the end.
The great thing about rough patches is that they are usually followed by purple patches
where great progress is made with (seemingly) lesser effort. 8)

been a strange week so far, I will be back with my weekly progress in the morning but hopefully I'm back on target, this despite (because of?) a 24 hour bug I caught which knocked me for six for a day and took me 48 hours to completely get over, just didn't have the energy for my walk last night but all go for this evenings effort..

You will find in recovery that the body will drop weight quicker than normal.
Fighting disease tends to rev up the body's metabolise once it gets back on top of it all.

Meanwhile do what you can. 8)

Was wondering whether my sickness could have caused the fluctuation last week, ie a false reading at the beginning of the week, last few weeks have been pretty strange but hopefully another biggish drop is near if the cycle is repeated?!

I'm struggling at mid month and it doesn't look that l will crack the 90's by end of month but as long as I'm continuing to drift lower I'm happy, I've given myself the whole year to be where l want to get..

Ended up with exactly a 3 Kg loss, no April challenge for me as l am away in ten days but plenty to think about before back to the grind in May.. Last couple of months have been a slog and not lost what I thought I should have, might have to have hard think about where I am slipping up.. :|
