Goal: Maintenance under 60kgs

I only weigh in once a month so that's why the no weeks in between. :D

Week3: 51.6 kilos (Diet only. Cant exercise due to injury)
Week4: 52.2 kilos (XMas time. Ate too much. Must eat LESS!!!)
Week5: 51.8 kilos (More upcoming celebrations, gradually adding more exercises)

Loss this week: 0.4 kilos :lol:
Loss so far: 1.2 kilos
Loss to go: 1.8 kilos

Challenge goal: 50 kilos

Well done guys! You have all done well considering its the season to eat, drink and be merry!!!

Starting weight - 68.5kg
This week - 69kg :oops:

Goal Weight - 65kg

I havent weighed myself for the last 3 weeks because I was taking a wee break from the weightloss. So bugger it all I've put on half a kg! So now the next month will be trying to lose that 1/2kg and then start the loss of the next kg!

Thank YOU for your encouraging comments!
I was thinking of having a home-made egg sandwich for lunch or having some oily takeaway noodles. Since I saw your comments, better hold on to my water and have home-made egg sandwich instead.

Tonight there will be birthday celebrations in my family. so better save it and be naughty tonight. I will be good during lunch time.
